Water-based blister varnish product characteristics and application range: mainly used for PE, PVC and other plastic heat sealing packaging, the product can also improve the surface gloss, anti-wear. It can also be used as PVC, PET/A, and PET/G.

Viscosity: 25-30/min 4# Zahn cup, 25°C (viscosity can be adjusted according to customer's specific requirements)
Gloss level: 60-65 (60 degree gloss meter)
Abrasion resistance: 4 lbs 300 times
Heat sealing resistance: good
Anti-back-sticking: Good (60°C/24 hours/2PSI)

 Instruction for use:
Regular diluent: Water

Ratio of waterproof ink: water-based color paste: water-based waterproof varnish 40:60
Fast drying agent: water: isopropanol / 7:3
Slow drying agent: propylene glycol
★ Washing: Please wash with water in time when stopping. Dry-junction varnish can be washed with a special cleaning agent.
★ Packing: 20kg/50kg/125kg/plastic drum
★ Shelf life of water-based blister varnish: 12 months, avoid high temperature exposure and low temperature freezing. Do not mix with other products, unused products should be sealed and stored.

Packaging and storage 
1. 30kg, 50kg plastic drum
2. There is a surplus in the barrel, which must be sealed and stored.
3. Valid for 6 months
