Introduce:

This Food grade Ink adopts food grade grade nanometer organic pigments, water-borne acrylic latex and related additives, a kind of high-grade water-based ink after physical reaction and made certain; All pigments and relative raw materials used in the manufacture of this ink supplied are heavy metal free. (No Lead chromate or other restricted pigments are used, No known carcinogenic / toxic raw materials are used product is non-toxic, no pollution, not flammable and explosive, no security risks.

 Main Characteristics
· Suitable for very fine anilox rollers (up to 600LPI)
· Good printability and re-solubility
· high color strength
· Very good adhesion to various films and paper
· High heat resistance (200˚C)
· Very good dry and wet rub resistance

Note of use:
Adjustment to correct running viscosity is dependent on the type of press, the normal running speed and the drying capacity. In flexography, ink metering is depend on the anilox configuration and whether the volume transferred is governed by a doctor blade or nip roller system.

 Dilution
·5- 10% water (better by water mix with ethanol at 1:1)
 ●Cleaning
Anilox rolls and plates can be washed cleaning by water or ethanol
 ●Packaging
In 20kg pails.
 ●Storage
Store in a covered and ventilated area between +5°C and +30°C.
The storage stability for unopened / unreduced original packs is 6 months under normal conditions.

NOTE: After printing, the straw paper is require coating with varnish on the surface for protection.
 ●Hygiene and safety
Although the products chosen for use in formulating the varnishes are not specifically dangerous, they can produce allergic reactions on some particularly sensitive skins. Ink or reducer stains on skin will be washed immediately using soapy water

Waste treatment:
Do not empty into drains, dispose of this material and its container at hazardous or special waste collection point.
