This product is a primer-free UV varnish, with a smooth surface, high gloss, low odor, yellowing resistance, strong adhesion, good leveling performance, good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
After drying, it have excellent smoothness, no stack of sticky, make printed material bright, beautiful, texture rounded, then show perfect mirror effect. It have good adaptability to different type of paper. book, packing, calendar, publicity pictures.

Product parameters:
1. Appearance: light yellow translucent liquid.
2. Viscosity: 22-25S (Chai's #4 cup, 25℃)
3. Gloss: 85-90 GS ( 60 degree angle)
4. Specific weight: 1,05 – 1,10 g/ml
5. Coating amount: 3-5 g/m2
6. Curing energy: ≥55MJ/cm2
7. Wear resistance: 400 times (4 pounds)
Print method: offset in-line printing, off-line coating.

Surface smoothness: good
High hardness, wear resistance
Fast Solidified speech
Good resistance to ethanol
Slight yellow liquid.

Package:
20-25 -50kg PP plastic barrel, 200kg tin bucket.
Storage: seal under normal temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 8 months.
